Many immigrants in the United States are currently worried about whether they have to register their immigration status based on the Trump administration's Alien Registration Requirement.

AILA, a national organization comprised of immigration attorneys and immigration advocates, has created a flyer that provides more information on this topic.

The flyer discusses who needs to register and who is considered already registered (i.e. lawful permanent residents, people who were admitted to the U.S. as nonimmigrants who were issues Form I-94 or Form I-94W.

If you have further questions about registering with USCIS or the U.S. Government or you would like to file a family-based or humanitarian application, please contact my office at 954-530-9288 or jaclyn@jkolegal.com.
