This SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Policy explains how our law firm (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you opt in to receive text messages from us. This Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and Attorney–Client Engagement Agreement.

Text messaging may be less secure than phone calls or secure email. Do not send highly sensitive information by text. If your phone is shared, lost, stolen, or your number changes, notify the Firm immediately.

Text messages are not monitored at all times. Do not use SMS for emergencies, urgent deadlines, or time‑sensitive matters. Call the Firm directly for urgent issues.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
